The Ask: Create a campaign for the release of the Kobe 9 Protro.
What We Did: My team and I developed a campaign that dived deep into Kobe’s outlook on product creation when met with the game of basketball.
My Role: As the lead creative writer for Nike Basketball, I was in charge of creating the narrative strategy for the campaign, and also managed the digital creation for placements such as .com, e-mail, app, and OOH. One of my biggest focuses was tapping into the emotions Kobe used to be the best of the best. Those became pillars for how we created work against inspirational campaign work and product capture.
